PURPOSE:To easily confirm the progressing direction of a tool by deciding the progressing direction of the tool route by a direction deciding means and graphically displaying the decision result thereof on a graphical displaying device by a direction drawing means in the title device. CONSTITUTION:Input data 1 are those which are stored by dividing and numerizing a tool route in line segment and radii. A tool route drawing means 2 performs the tool route drawing by analyzing the input data 1. A graphic display device 3 is to display for the user of this device the tool route drawing result of the tool route drawing means 2. Moreover, on this display device, a direction deciding means 4 deciding the progressing direction of an NC tool route based on this direction deciding means 4 and a direction drawing means 5 adding the progressing direction to the NC tool route displayed on the graphic display device 5 based on this direction deciding means 4 are equipped. Consequently, the progressing direction of the tool route is decided by the direction deciding means 4 and the progressing direction of the tool route is displayed by the direction drawing means 5 based on the decision result thereof. |
