PURPOSE:To surely and easily obtain the title tile having flat and rugged faces and consequently having a lustrous surface by pouring a cement-based curable material into a tile forming formwork with the inner surface closely coated with a synthetic resin film. CONSTITUTION:The bottom panel 3 constituting the inner surface of the formwork 1 with the upper surface forming the surface of the tile is coated with a film 8 of the synthetic resin such as PVC, and the side wall 4 is placed on the bottom panel 3 and fixed to constitute the formwork 1. Fresh cement mortar 12 is poured into the framework 1, and the framework 1 is placed on a table vibrator and vibrated to discharge bubbles in the mortar 12. The surface of the mortar 12 is leveled, a PVC sheet 10 and a press board 9 are successively loaded on the surface, another set is superposed, a weight 11 is placed, and the mortar 12 is pressed at a specified pressure and cured. By this method, the desired tile having good weatherability is obtained without being polished. |
