Locking device which comprises a cylindrical body 1 with a radial projection 2, on which is coupled a cylinder lock 3 whose shaft inserted in the inside 7 is fixed to a dish 9 integral with the radial arm 10 and with the annular piece 11 which, in the unlocking position, is housed behind the peripheral neck 5, resulting from the central hole 4 surrounding it, allowing the free displacement of the plate or of disk 6 which is traversed via its central hole 13 by the gear-change lever 7, resting, at the bottom, on the embedded plate 14, provided with the frustoconical through-holes 18, in order to fix the assembly to the vehicle, locking being obtained by downward displacement of the annular piece 11, surrounding the plate 6, keeping it immobilized, preventing the gear-change lever 7 from being able to put the vehicle into gear. <IMAGE>
