PURPOSE:To facilitate high-accuracy positioning by arranging stators of a motor part in two dimensions and fitting and fixing to positioning columns of a support member. CONSTITUTION:A 1st stator 12 is formed almost in a U shape by laminating silicon steel sheets and provided with holes 12e and 12f for fitting to the columns 16b and 16c of the support member 16 for vertical positioning. A 2nd stator 14, on the other hand, is formed almost in a U shape by laminating silicon steel sheets as well and have holes 14e and 14f for fitting to the columns 16d and 16e. Then, the bearing member 17 of a rotor 11 are positioned on the support member 16 in the direction of the rotary shaft while abutting on the 1st and 2nd stators 12 and 14, and the 1st and 2nd stators 12 and 14 and a bearing member 17 are fixed to the tip parts of the columns 16b - 16e of the support member 16. Consequently, the stators are easily positioned with high accuracy. |
