PURPOSE:To conduct image sensing of high resolution with ease by using a non-volatile memory chip prepared by disposing on the surface MOSFET cells wherein an electric charge can be accumulated and wherefrom the electric charge can be erased by irradiation of ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION:EPROM 10 is used as a non-volatile memory chip. Writing is made in the EPROM 10 by a ROM writer 20 and an electric charge is accumulated in all cells 12 on the chip 11. Next, ultraviolet rays from an ultraviolet device 3 are applied to a vessel 2 wherein blood to be inspected and a reagent are held, and ultraviolet rays 4A transmitted through the vessel 2 are applied to the chip 11. Thereby the electric charge is erased only from the part subjected to the ultraviolet rays 4A in each cell 12 of the chip 11. Subsequently, bit data corresponding to the state of the charge of each cell 12 are read out by the ROM writer 20 and displayed in a display 30. The properties or the like of the blood are determined on the basis of a projection pattern displayed therein. Since the cell 12 can be employed as a pixel according to this constitution, image sensing of high resolution can be conducted. |
