PURPOSE:To prevent evaporation of PbO and to calcine ceramic material without lowering various characteristic values by laminating plural nonsintered ceramic materials in a heating over and overlapping a setter on the uppermost- step ceramic material. CONSTITUTION:Plural unsintered ceramic materials 5 are laminated in a vessel 2 arranged in a heating oven 1 and a setter 6 is overlapped on the uppermost- step ceramic material 5a to prevent the evaporation of PbO at a time sintering. As the setter, ZrO2 and MgO nonreactive with Pb are utilized or when ceramic material having the same quality as the ceramic to be sintered is used, the above effect is furthermore enhanced. By this sintering method, the characteristic value such as specific inductive capacity, electromechanical coupling coefficient and piezoelectric distortion constant is not lowered. |
