PURPOSE:To obtain an individual identification system in which a load on a host computer can be reduced by performing transmission from plural transmission/reception means held by a master station to a slave station by referring to the content of a preset transmission mode storage means. CONSTITUTION:A memory 13 in which call mode data and a processing procedure are stored and a CPU 10 which controls the transfer of a signal are provided in the master station 1. In the slave station 2, a memory 23 on which transmission data on a master slave station 1 side is written and in which data with respect to an article placed on a pallet is stored, and a CPU 20 which controls the transfer of the signal are provided, The host computer 3 controls communication between the master station 1 and the slave station 2, and performs the identification or the delivery control of the article based on data read out from the memory 23 of the slave station 2 via the master station 1. The call mode data stored in the memory 13 of the master station 1 is set by the host computer 3 in advance, and the master station 1 performs a call according to the data, therefore, it is not required to process a call timing by the host computer 3 and to issue an instruction each time, which reduces the load on the host computer 3. |
