A sterilization cupboard or cubicle. It consists in the incorporation of the following elements: an air or oxygen inlet 1 to the cubicle or cupboard 2; an ozone generating and distributing circuit 3 which has a vacuum pump or compressor 4, the actual ozone generator 5 and its corresponding valves; and an outlet 8 to the exterior for ozone which has already been used, to complete the cycle and recover the quality of the ozone as a sterilization gas. Provision is also made for the possibility of having a filter 9 to destroy the ozone at the outlet from the cupboard or cubicle and convert it into oxygen. Applicable for the sterilization of instruments and utensils, particularly those used in health care. <IMAGE>
