Apparatus consisting of a raised tank whose filling can be graduated from the outside and at ground level, which is emptied automatically by means of a small tank located inside it, secured to a rigid arm which allows it, by hinging, to move up and down during the periods of filling and emptying of the large tank. Said small container is connected via a flexible tube to the outside and to the conventional irrigation mains. After the completion of the emptying period of the large container, the small container is emptied by an inner siphon, allowing it to float and be ready to start a new cycle. The depth of immersion of the small container inside the large tank can be graduated by means of an outside chain, making it possible to select the volume of water for irrigation and possible reserve for domestic use.
