<p>PURPOSE:To easily and accurately assemble a golf club in a correct position without fail by matching the shaft center line of a shaft along a fine and linear beam, which is projected from a projector over more than the full length of the golf club and assembling a grip and a club head with being matched to the beam which is projected on the shaft. CONSTITUTION:The shaft center line of a shaft 2 in a length-wise direction is matched along a fine and linear beam W, which is projected from projectors 15a and 15b over more than the full length of a golf club 1, and fixed by fixing jigs 11a and 11b. A grip 4 and a club head 3 are respectively assembled and fixed to the both edges of the club shaft 2, which is fixed in such a way, with being matched to the beam W which is projected on the club shaft 2. As a position to be matched to the beam W, the upper side line of the grip 4, namely, an added mark to show an upper side part in the grip 4, a score line 7 on a face surface 5 in the club head 3 and further, a print or mark to show the upper side part are respectively matched to the beam W, assembled and fixed.</p> |
