PURPOSE:To select the best voice recognition system automatically by discriminating between an independent voice and a continuous voice automatically according to the length of a generation time. CONSTITUTION:A continuous voice recognizing means 300 recognizes a voice inputted to an input means as a continuous voice according to the affirmative decision making of a decision means 200 which decides whether the input time of timbre to a voice input means 100 is longer than a predetermined specific time or not. Consequently, the voice recognition is carried out according to the discrimination result, so an operator only inputs a voice to attain the best voice recognition according to the purpose. |
