A screen (7) is located at adjustable distance from the curved surface (5) for dividing ingoing fibre/air flow into accept and reject. An outlet (10) for the reject is located behind the screen (7). At a distance of 10-150 mm from the accept outlet (6) a running air-pervious support (27) is located, on which the web precipitates.
