The apparatus includes a latch (20) transmitting data as hook relay control tone/ring enable signal, and tone data from a microcomputer, a multi frequency generator (40) generating the multi frequency signal according to output signal of a first terminal (23), a modem IC (60) checking tone signal and transmitting it to the microcomputer (60) through a third data bus according to the control signal from a second strobe signal terminal (ST2), a ring detector (70) detecting ring signal from an antenna, a voltage adder (80) adding and transmitting the signals from the multi frequency generator and carrier signal of modem, and a duplexer (900) protecting antenna network.
