An animal head is boned by gripping its cervical bones and muzzle with its lower jaw upwards, tearing off its lower jaw, removing its tongue, lean portions, fat, and skin while rotating it, returning the head to its initial position and splitting it, opening the two split portions and removing the brain, and continuing to pivot them until the remaining bones fall onto a system removing them. An animal head boner is also claimed.
