The double-side optical disk regerator has a simple structure just adding one pick-up mirror, one object lens, and one track mirror to a conventional one-side optical disk regenerator, and high speed search and access is possible. The optical disk regenerator includes a pick-up assembly (20) being guided by a pair of rails (16,17) at one end of a turn table (14), object lenses (27a,27b), lens drivers (28a,28b), and pick-up mirrors (29a,29b) within the pick-up assembly. A light receiving part (30) having holes (29,40) for transmitting lights is installed at the rear of the pick-up assembly.
