An input pulse at the primary winding of a flyback transformer induces a high-voltage in the secondary. A pair of diodes are connected in series from the secondary winding to a first output terminal E. A second pair of diodes are connected in series from the other terminal of the secondary winding to a second output terminal E. Two capacitors are cross-coupled between the terminals of the secondary winding and the junctions of the diodes of each pair. One diode of each pair conducts during the flyback pulse and the other diode of each pair on the cessation of the pulse.
