A fire chamber (4) is communicated with an air inflow gate (1), a funnel (2), and a fuel input gate (3). Combustion plates (5)(6)(7) (8)(8') with a number of a water circulation pipe (T) in the fire chamber is arranged and fixed in step a type. Slidable moving plates (12)(13)(14)(14') are mounted on the combustion plates. An opening gate (15) and a discharge gate (16') are provided under the fuel input gate and the combustion plate (8') respectively. A device for making fire (24) and a moving conveyor (25) can be also provided adjacent to the fuel input gate and the combustion plate (5)(6).
