The apparatus includes digital signal processors (2-5) connected in parallel for detecting the signals for transmitting and responding for the R-2 signal, an input signal distributer (1) providing the driving signals for distributing R-2 signal to the digital signal processors for real time processing, and a decoder (6) inputting read signal of an exterior control unit to the processors.
