PURPOSE: To obtain a medicament having synergistic antimycotic activity including a cyclopirox (derivative) and a nigericin (derivative). CONSTITUTION: This medicament having synergistic antimycotic activity includes (A) a compound of formula I (R<1> is H, an alkyl or a cycloalkyl; R<2> is H or an alkyl) or a salt thereof, e.g. an ethanolamine salt of 6-cyclohexyl-1hydroxy-4 methyl-2(1H)-pyridone and (B) a compound of formulas II to V [A<1> is H or an alkyl; A<2> is H, C(O)A<3> , C(O)NHA<3> (A<3> is an alkyl, phenyl, etc.), etc.; X is a halogen, SCN, CN, NO2 , etc.; M<1> is H, an alkyl, phenyl, etc.; M<2> is H, an alkyl or a cycloalkylphenyl; M<3> is OH or both of M<3> and M<2> represent O)] or a salt thereof so that the ratio of components A to B may be (1:9) to (9:1), preferably (1:5) to (5:1). The divided dose in terms of the total of components A and B is 10-50mg. |
