<p>PURPOSE:To observe memory contents without using a read/write device by equipping the title memory card with a memory to store data, a memory address control part, a read/write control part, a display part, and a memory contents display control part. CONSTITUTION:A memory address control part 4 controls the address of a memory 8 in which the data are stored, and the memory 8 stores and holds written data. A read/write control part 5 controls data reading/writing between a read/write device 9 and the memory 8. A memory contents display control part 7 controls the data to be displayed on a display panel 2, and a display part 6 displays the data on the display panel 2. Thus, memory contents 3 can be observed without the read/write device 9.</p> |
