<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the troublesome works accompanied with the installation of a discharge valve and permit the disassembly of the discharge valve and a suction valve if necessary and carry out the maintenance and replacement by installing the discharge valve and the suction valve contiguously in the extension direction. CONSTITUTION:A discharge valve mechanism and a suction valve mechanism are constituted in a closed body consisting of a cock body 5a, insertion member 7 fitted into said closed body 5a, and a ring-shaped screw 10. When a piston 2 rises, a suction valve body 9b is pushed upward by the suction pressure, and chemicals flows from a chemicals suction passage 9a, and is introduced into the lower part of a cylinder 3 through the through holes 9a and 9b. When the piston 2 lowers, the suction valve body 9b closes a chemicals suction passage, and the pressurized chemical liquid pushes up the discharge valve body 8a against the pressure in an accumulator chamber 4, and is introduced into the accumulator chamber 4, and sent into an injection nozzle through a discharge pipe 13.</p> |
