PURPOSE:To permit an easy formation of a liposome free from instability and stimulus and structurally stable by preparing a riposome shaping agent consisting of N,N'-diacyl-lysine salt shown by a specific general formula. CONSTITUTION:A liposome shaping agent is prepared consisting of N,N'-diacyl- lysine salt shown by the formula I (wherein R represents a saturated or unsaturated alkyl group having 7-23 carbon atoms and M represents sodium, potassium, ammonium group and triethanol amine group). As the method for the formation of the riposome by the use of the aforesaid shaping agent, injection molding, reversed-phase evaporation, supersonic treatment, etc., may be employed. In this example, the aforesaid riposome shaping agent is used in an amount of not less than 30wt.% as a component of the base agent, preferably in the amount of 60-100wt.%. |
