PURPOSE:To reduce contamination of a material to be examined at the time of dispensing by diluting and dispensing the material to be examined simultaneously with setting of the material to a sample cup. CONSTITUTION:A diluting dispenser 4 is arranged between an automation line 1 and an automatic analyzer 3, and a carriage 2 of materials to be examined which is moved on the line 1 is automatically stopped by the dispenser 4, and many materials 5 to be examined stored in the carriage 2 are successively positioned in a material suction position P1. A dispensing arm 8 is rotated to a mounting position P3 of a disposable chip 7, and the chip 7 is set to the front end of a dispensing nozzle 8, and the arm 8 is rotated and falls to the position P1, and a prescribed quantity of the material to be examined is sucked by a solenoid valve 9a and a syringe 10a. The arm 8 is raised and rotated to a material discharge position P2, and the syringe 10a is operated to dispense the material to be examined to a sample cup 6 only for an automatic analyzer. Thereafter, a solenoid valve 9a and a syringe 10b are operated to discharge a prescribed amount of a diluent 11 from the nozzle 8a and the material to be examined is diluted, and the chip 7 is abandoned to a chip recovery box 12 in an abandonment position P4 to terminate one diluting dispensing work. |
