PURPOSE:To increase the residence time of soil water and enhance water quality purification power by manufacturing upper and lower hemispheres of 50-150mm diameter with rough surface by means of earthware applying ceramic on the surface, engaging the upper and lower parts and then heating the same to form an hermetically sealed sphere. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower hemispheres 1, 1' of 50-150mm diameter with comparatively rough surface are manufactured by earthware, and ceramic 2 is applied on the surface, and then the upper and the lower parts are engaged with each other, heated and sealed integrally to manufacture an integrated sphere A. Said sphere A is slightly heavier than the specific gravity of water and retains 1.02-1.06 weight ratio, and its thickness is made a suitable dimension in a manner of fluidizing freely by water flow and ceramic is applied to a rough surface. New biological membranes are continuously generated on the spherical surface by the underwater friction between a spherical body A and a sphere A by introducing 50-60 pieces of said sealed spheres A into an aeration tank 7. |
