<p>PURPOSE: To produce water at a low cost and to make it of general-purpose in a high temperature region by making condensing water cohesive through making high-temperature air collected over an extensive surface region contact with a piping in which a coolant flows. CONSTITUTION: A crossed-shape constitutional member 34 having an air suction means 20 made of an air suction flap having four arm parts of about 8 feet high and about 12 feet long, to close the arm part with a wall member 12 and to drive by air at speed of five miles an hour is formed. Additionally, a water precipitator 10 is formed by arranging a plural number of pipings 30 to each end part, of which a reservoir tank 32 is connected on the upper part of the constitutional member 34 and covering them with a roof member 14 of a round roof shape, having an air outflow means 16 by making it free to flow a coolant such as butane from the large tank 32 to the small tank 32. Thereafter, high-temperature air is sucked and captured in the inside of the constitutional member 34 and cooled, water is condensed, and it is made to flow down to a cohesion means in the bottom part.</p> |
