PURPOSE:To allow scatter preventive material to be durable against scattering force at the time of explosion and to alleviate or prevent the material from scattering and an explosion sound by mounting the material in a direction for shielding the scattering direction at an interval to a matter to be crushed, and interposing a buffer fluid layer therebetween. CONSTITUTION:A scatter preventive material 5 is formed of wood and/or iron plate if an explosion force is weak, and old mat or soil bag is further added when explosion force is presumed to be impossible to be prevented. The material 5 is disposed at an interval to a crushable matter 1, mounted along the direction for shielding a scattering direction 4, an air layer 6 is interposed on a ground surface 2 between the matter 1 and the material 5, and a water layer 7 is interposed in water 3. The material 5 is attached to a frame 8 of iron or wood formed in a square or round shape, and the frame 8 is so supported to a support as not to be brought into contact with the matter 1. When the direction 4 due to explosion is affected to the side, the material 5 is attached between a plurality of legs 9 and 9. |
