PURPOSE:To enhance water resistance and adiabatic quality by providing a bent groove having approximate V-cross section on the plywood of a surface base board comprising a WPC treated butt board lined with the plywood, bending the base board about the groove and foaming resin on the inner surface of the base board. CONSTITUTION:A WPC treated wooden butt board 1 is lined with a plywood 2, thereby forming a surface base board 3. Also, plural rows of a bent groove 4 having approximate V-section are provided on the inner surface of the base board 3, and the base board 3 is bent about the groove 4. A female solid 6 is formed at one end of the base board 3 and a male solid 7 at the other end. In addition, the inner surface of the base board 3 is lined with foamed resin 5, thereby forming a building material A for use around water. |
