发明名称 PRODUCTION OF ULTRAFINE PARTICLE MEMBRANE
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce ultrafine particle membranes with an excellent repeatability and the desired characteristics by heat treating ultrafine particle arranged LB(Langmuir-Blodgett) membrane at inter-particle sintering accelerating temperatures to form an ultrafine particle membrane. CONSTITUTION:The ultrafine particles on which amphiphilic organic molecules capable of forming LB membrane are held by adsorption are developed on the surface of water to form an organic monomolecular film containing the ultrafine particles, which are transferred onto a base plate by Langmuir-Blodgett method to thereby form a monomolecular layer or the accumulated layers thereof, i.e., a ultrafine particle arranged membrane. This ultrafine particle arranged LB membrane is heat treated at inter-particle sintering accelerating temperatures with the formation of a ultrafine particle membrane, which provides an excellent characteristics of accelerating the sintering between ultrafine particles in addition to a good repeatability of the membrane quality and thickness.
