PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a molding to which antistatic properties, water leak resistance, etc., are imparted by using a blend comprising a general- purpose thermoplastic resin and a polyvinyl alcohol resin in a specified ratio and having a specified ratio of the melt indices of the resins. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin (A) such as polyethylene, polypropylene or an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and a polyvinyl alcohol resin (B) (of a degree of saponification of 40-80mol% and a degree of polymerization of 100-1000) (wherein the ratio between the melt indices of the resin components A and B is 0.3 or below) are blended together in a ratio of 99.9-60wt.% A to 0.1-40wt.% B to form a resin molding such as a film, a thick-wall molding or the like, in which component A forms a continuous phase while component B forms a dispersed phase and is present in a higher concentration on the surface. |
