PURPOSE: To compensate the differences in the changes of the lengths between capillary bundles and casings by arranging elastic members between casting molds and the casings. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus consists of many capillaries 1, 2 and casings 1, 1. The ends of the capillaries 1, 2 are embedded into the casting molds 1, 5 and the capillaries 1, 2 having the casting molds 1, 5 are arranged in the casings 1, 1. The casting molds 1, 5 form separate bodies sealing the inner chambers and outer chambers of the capillaries 1, 2. The elastic members 1, 7 (e.g. ring flanges) are arranged between the casting molds 1, 5 and the casings 1, 1. Consequently, the differences in the lengths between the capillary bundles and the casings may be compensated.
