PURPOSE: To provide an ideal contact lens by a reaction product of a di- or poly-hydroxyalkyl substituted alkyl polysiloxane having a specific molecular weight with an aliphatic, cylcoaliphatic or aromatic di- or tri-isocyanate. CONSTITUTION: An in-eye outfit, particularly the contact lens is composed of the cross-linked siloxane-urethane polymer containing the reaction product of the di- or poly-hydroxyalkyl substituted alkyl polysiloxane A having the molecular weight of 200-10000 with the substantially adaptable aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic di- or tri-isocyanate B. In such a case, the total numbers of hydroxyl groups in the component A is substantially stoichiometrically equal to the total numbers of the isocyanate groups in the component B in a condition that one of A and B or both A and B have effective cross-linking degree and have the functionality of >2.
