CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR SHIELD CONSTRUCTION

PURPOSE:To dispense with a skilled worker by feeding the data from various sensors measuring drilling conditions to an expert inference engine section and displaying abnormal phenomena and their causes and countermeasures at real time based on the knowledge bases of skilled workers. CONSTITUTION:The drilling conditions of a shield drilling machine 1 are detected by various sensors and inputted to an expert system section 4 and a monitor system section 5 via a central monitoring board 2 and a data logger 3. The knowledge of skilled workers is programmed in advance in the system section 4 and stored in a knowledge base section 4a. Abnormal phenomena which may possibly occur and their causes and countermeasures are inferred by an inference engine section 4b at real time based on the sensor outputs and outputted on a display section 4g and a printer output section 4h and displayed on the display section 5d or the like of the system section 5. No skilled worker is thereby required.
