<p>PURPOSE:To obtain surface properties facilitating the adhesion to a photopolymerizable resin for a denture base by applying fine unevenness to the surface of a stainless steel plate having a large number of holes regularly opened thereto. CONSTITUTION:A large number of holes are regularly arranged to a stainless steel plate so as to pierce said steel plate and a part of the light applied to the front of the stainless steel plate is passed to the rear thereof and, at the same time, a part of the photopolymerizable resin for a denture base on the front of the stainless steel plate and a part of the photopolymerizable resin for the denture base on the rear thereof are directly bonded integrally to achieve the mechanical bonding of the stainless steel plate and the photopolymerizable resin for the denture base. Further, etching processing is applied to the surface of the stainless steel plate to form fine unevenness thereto and the adhesion area of the stainless steel plate and the photopolymerizable resin for the denture base through a bonding agent is enlarged and anchoring effect is expected at the same time.</p> |
