PURPOSE: To prevent multiplication of pathogen in a vessel, by providing a transferring device comprising a storage of a biocidal agent outside a wall with a means to surround an inner space and to pass the biocidal agent. CONSTITUTION: This urinary excretion vessel 10 comprises walls 11, 12, a flow inlet 13, a flow outlet 14, a hook 15 and a biocidal agent transferring device 16 detachably mounted onto the outer wall 12 of the vessel 10, and the wall 12 is made of a polymer composition capable of passing the biocidal agent from an outer transferring source into the vessel 10. The transferring device 16 is covered or laminated by an impermeable membrane 20 against passing of the inner biocidal agent 21, and guaranteed for the membrane 20 against passing of the inner biocidal agent 21, and guaranteed for the biocidal agent 21 to pass the wall 12 to permeate to a lumen in one direction. |
