PURPOSE:To prevent the oxidation of a recording layer in use, transportation and storage in places of a high temp. and high humidity by using a monomer or prepolymer of acrylate and methacrylate into an adhesive layer and incorporating an admantyl monomethacrylate monomer therein, then curing the adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:This recording medium has transparent substrates 1, 6 consisting of polycarbonate, the 1st protective layer 2 consisting of SiAlN, the recording layer 3 formed by a DC magnetron sputtering method using an alloy target of NdDyFeCo, the 2nd protective layer 4 consisting of SiAlN, and the adhesive layer 5. The monomer or prepolymer of acrylate and methacrylate is used for the adhesive layer and the admantyl monomethacrylate monomer is incorporated into the monomer or prepolymer of acrylate and methacrylate, then the adhesive agent is cured. The oxidation of the recording layer in the use, transportation and storage of in the environment of the high temp. and high humidity is prevented in this way and the long-term reliability is improved in this way. |
