<p>PURPOSE:To easily detect the position of a human body two-dimensionally with a high precision by constituting a device of a video input means which converts light to a video signal and a video processing means which uses the video signal to operate and output the human body position. CONSTITUTION:A video processing means 2 consists of storage means A 5 and B 6, a sampling means 7, a difference point discriminating means 8, a storage means Y 11, and a position operating means 13. First, a digital converting means 3 outputs a read signal, and the video signal to which light is converted is inputted by a video input means and is converted to a digital video signal. This signal is stored in the means B 6 by the means 7, and the digital video signal converted through the same processing is stored in the means 5 after a prescribed time is measured by the means 7. Exclusive OR between signals in means 6 and 5 is operated by the means 8 to output a movement detection signal, and this signal is stored by the means 11. When being '1', this signal indicates the logical (luminance) change of an image in the same place, namely, movement of the human body. '1' is successively scanned by the means 13 to output a corresponding human body position signal.</p> |
