The invention relates to an inner sole of ballet shoe allowing the absorption of vibrations, the protection of the toes, the stabilization of the foot in the point position and laterally at the heel level. It is comprised of an insole (1) which absorbs vibrations, held by a semi-rigid sole reinforcement (2) covered at the forefoot by a thermomoulding upper (3) with a thermomoulding tip (4) which absorbs vibrations. At the heel, stabilizers (5) are inserted laterally. This sole according to the invention is particularly appropriate for ''point'', ''half-point'' ballet shoes and gym shoes.
