PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out switching automatically depending on man's coming in and going out by a method wherein a detection signal is sent out by a man sensor of a remote switching apparatus then a signal transmitting apparatus is operated to transmit the signal to receiving apparatus of a controller and send it to the controller. CONSTITUTION:A controller 30 and a remote control switching apparatus 20 are installed. The remote control switching apparatus 20 is composed of a first man detecting apparatus 21 which detects the presence of a man in a lighting control region and send a man detection signal and a transmitting apparatus 22 to transmit the man detection signal by wireless. The controller 30 is composed of a second man detecting apparatus 31 to send a man detection signal, a receiving apparatus 32 to receive a man detection signal transmitted from the transmitting apparatus 22, and a controlling circuit 34 to light a luminaire for a prescribed period at high luminance under the condition that a man detection signal is sent out either from the first or the second man detecting apparatus 21, 31 after receiving an output from the second man detecting apparatus 31 and the receiving apparatus 32. Switching operation is thus made be possible responding automatically to man's coming in and going out. |
