PURPOSE:To provide practicability of carrying out inspection/repair of a stack with any failure even during the battery in operation by incorporating such an arrangement that only troubled stack is separated in electrical and mechanical terms without stopping the drive of battery system. CONSTITUTION:A main pipeline 13 for supply of pos. electrode liquid, a main pipeline 14 for supply of neg. electrode liquid, a main pipeline 15 for returning the pos. electrode liquid, and a main pipeline 16 for returning the neg. electrode liquid are each equipped with a plurality of divergent pipes. This is further provided with a sub-pipeline 17 for supply of pos. electrode liquid, a sub-pipeline 18 for supply of neg. electrode liquid, a sub-pipeline 19 for returning the pos. electrode liquid, and a sub-pipeline 20 for returning the neg. electrode liquid, which are connectible to these divergent pipes removably, and each divergent pipe is fitted with a pipeline choking member, and further an electric connection means 21 is provided to connected the terminals of adjoining stacks 6 disconnectably with the terminals of the current stack. Accordingly each stack 6 can be separated individually from the battery system both electrically and physically. This enables inspection or replacement of troubled stack solely. |
