PURPOSE:To quickly obtain information relating to a person in a picture at the time of generating illegal operation by recoding a recording picture and customers information correspondingly at the rate of 1 to 1. CONSTITUTION:A customer information control device 2 is connected to an automatic teller machine and a picture recorder 4 and information relating to a customer operating the automatic teller machine at that time is simultaneously recorded in a picture obtained by photographing the customer by a crime preventing camera 3 and recording the image on a picture recorder 4. Thus, the names of customers 14, 15 operating respective automatic teller machines 1 and respective bankbook numbers are simultaneously recorded on the upper surface parts of the corresponding teller machines 1 in a recorded picture. At the time of generating illegal operation, the name and bankbook number of the corresponding customer can be immediately decided from the recorded picture, so that the person operating the automatic teller machine can be easily and rapidly specified at the time of generating illegal operation. |
