PURPOSE:To prepare laver, etc. extremely inexpensively, by dropping cut raw laver after dehydration on an endless belt so that a sheet of raw laver is formed, pressing and bonding it, followed by drying and cutting. CONSTITUTION:Raw laver is once dropped from the continuous hopper 5 attached to the screw feeder 4 for cutting and taking out laver onto the screen 6, and dropped from the meshes of the screen onto the endless belt 1. A given seasoning is uniformly sprayed upon the sheet of raw laver by the seasoning sprayer 7, the endless belt 1 is passed between a pair of the pressure rollers 8 so that the seasoning is uniformly infiltrated into the interior of the sheet of raw laver, it is dehydrated fully, dried by the dryer 9 consisting of the blowers for warm air 10-14, passed through the plate 15 for releasing laver and the laver cutter 16, and rolled by the winder 17. |
