Connection fitting for table intermediate boards

Known fittings for connecting tables and intermediate boards in order to change table arrangements in halls or other company or conference rooms are not up to the requirements, since they are unwieldy, unattractive and cannot be fastened securely. To provide a connection fitting which is simple in terms of 2manufacture and handling and guarantees a secure fastening, four eccentric levers (1) for moving one slideplate (7) in each case are mounted under the intermediate board (3). At the free end of the slideplate (7), a hook (9) projects downwards, the hook being hooked into an opening (10) in a connection plate (11) mounted in such a way that it can swivel back under the table top (12) and being clamped with the respective eccentric lever (1). The connection fitting enables rapid insertion of intermediate boards (3) by one person, since the obliquely designed hooks (9) allow the intermediate board (3) to be hooked in initially at one end. <IMAGE>
