PURPOSE:To obtain the subject food and drink excellent in stability without color, odor and acid migration by mixing capsule substances enclosing a liquid food and drink as an enclosed liquid with a food and drink in the form of a sol and nearly equalizing osmotic pressures of both. CONSTITUTION:The objective food and drink obtained by mixing capsule substances enclosing a liquid food and drink of water, saccharides, fruit juices, fermented milk, lactic acid bacterial beverage, acidic beverage, cow's milk, processed milk, milk beverage, lactic acid bacterial cell humor, etc., or a mixture prepared by adding an emulsifying agent, stabilizer, colorant, flavoring agent, etc., in combination thereto with a food and drink (e.g., cow's milk, fruit juice, fermented milk or lactic acid bacterial beverage) as an enclosed liquid in the form of a sol and respectively equalizing the osmotic pressure of the enclosed liquid of the afore-mentioned capsule substances nearly with that of the food and drink in the form of the above-mentioned sol. |
