PURPOSE:To make distribution of a shredded food uniform by adding a thickening agent into a liquid and homogeneously dispersing the shredded food in filling the liquid containing the shredded food mixed therein in a bag using a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A liquid 20 (e.g., clear soup for concentrated soup) containing a shredded food 30 (e.g., shredded MATSUDAKE) is filled in a bag using a nozzle. In the process, a thickening agent, such as agar, is added into the above- mentioned liquid to homogeneously disperse the shredded food and efficiently afford a product containing the shredded food uniformly distributed therein at a low cost. |
