<p>PURPOSE:To pickle simultaneously various kinds of pickle ingredients, by connecting a closed container capable of putting one ore more airtight containers for pickling to a vacuum pump by a piping, and providing the airtight containers with a cover to make a closed state and a valve to make them open to atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION:The closed container 9 capable of putting one or more of the airtight containers 1 for pickling is connected to the vacuum pump 12 by the piping 17, and the circuit of the pump is provided with the changing valve 13 to make the container 9 open to atmospheric pressure on occasion. The container 1 is equipped with the cover 3 which makes a closed state by pressure difference between the interior of the container 1 and that of the container 9 and the valve 5 for opening to atmospheric pressure. Consequently, various kinds of pickle ingredients can be simultaneously pickled depending upon a pickle amount and the degree of pickling independently of kinds of pickle ingredients and kinds of seasoning solutions and the pickle ingredients can be pickled into a tasty pickle in a short time.</p> |
