发明名称 ONE-COMPONENT TONER DEVELOPING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the image quality equal to the initial image quality even after continuous copying by coating at least the surface of a toner supplying member with a specific resin, applying a specific bias to the toner supplying member and adopting a chromium-contg. azo dye for a charge control agent to be internally added to the toner. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the toner supplying member 4 is coated with the resin formed by subjecting the monomer expressed by the formula I, the monomer expressed by the formula II and the monomer expressed by the formula III to block copolymn., then crosslinking the monomer expressed by the formula III by urethane bonding with isocyanate. The bias of 0 to 500V negative potential is impressed from a toner transporting member 2 to the toner supplying member 4. In the formula I, R denotes H or CH; Rf denotes a fluorinated alkyl group. In the formula II, R is H or CH3, n is positive integer. The toner on the toner supplying member 4 is, therefore, smoothly supplied onto the toner transporting member 2 without stagnating and the flow of the toner is smoothed. The toner layer thickness on the toner transporting member 2 is thus uniformly maintained. The image quality equal to the initial image quality is obtd. in this way even after continuous copying.
