<p>PURPOSE: To simplify the wire winding technique by a method wherein a coil former made of a synthetic material is inserted in a groove and circumferential direction grooves of a width suitable to the diameter of the wire are provided. CONSTITUTION: A stator winding 4 is provided in a ferrite core 2 and an outward circumferential direction groove 6 is provided in the core 2, a coil former 7 made of a synthetic material is closely fixed in the groove 6 and two circumferential direction grooves 8 and 9 are provided in the coil former 7. The coil former 7 stops a wire 13, which is formed of three link frames 10 to 12 and has the two circumferential direction grooves 8 and 9 continued therein, and the wire 13 is wound on the periphery of the core 1 which is rotated. Thereby, an electrically and magnetically neutral region is generated in the core by the coil former and the position, which is prescribed in the core simply and cleanly, of the wire can be ensured.</p> |
