PURPOSE:To obtain the comfortable air condition state for keeping the head cool and the feet warm by controlling the outputs of a cooling device blowing the cold wind from a high position of an air conditioner room and a heating device blowing the warm wind from a low position if the control quantity by proportional plus integral calculation indicates the requirement for cooling when the outside air temperature is in the preset low-temperature region. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioner controller A of an air conditioner room 10 using a vehicle of a bus or an electric car controls a cooling device 3 blowing the cold wind from a high position of the air conditioner room 10 and a heating device 4 blowing the warm wind from a low position of the air conditioner room 10 in response to the control quantity determined by a proportional plus integral calculating means 5 based on the temperature variation so that the actual air conditioner room temperature follows the preset temperature. An outside air temperature sensor 2 measuring the outside air temperature outside the air conditioner room 10 is provided, and the output signal of the outside air temperature sensor 2 is inputted to an output control means 1. If the above control quantity indicates the requirement for cooling when the outside air temperature is judged to be in the preset low-temperature region, the outputs of the cooling device 3 and the heating device 4 are controlled in response to the control quantity. |
