PURPOSE:To reduce the wiring resistance of each section, and to improve the degree of integration by mutually connecting one parts of a plurality of high resistance wiring regions by another low resistance wiring different from low resistance wiring in the semiconductor integrated circuit with a plurality of the high resistance wiring regions, which are connected to said same low resistance wiring and through which currents do not flow simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:In an example of which a power supply line V is connected to the ends of the drains of transistors Q1, Q2, Q3, the resistance of drain high resistance sections can be lowered by connecting other ends at V' different from wiring V, and other wiring can be arranged onto elements. Since periods during which the Q1, Q2, Q3 are at ON each differ particularly, currents are shunted to the high resistance wiring sections through which currents do not flow in a respective moment, thus displaying effects. |
