PURPOSE:To make it possible to reduce the capacity of an elevation switching clutch and a driving motor by providing a spring for energizing a holder in the bobbin drawing-out direction with its restoring force based on the energy of compressive deformation at a bobbin holding position. CONSTITUTION:An elevation switching clutch 32 is switched on the lifting side, a driving shaft 28 is turned, and lifting force is applied to a holder 38 via a pinion 30 and a clutch 39. At an early stage of the drawing-out of a bobbin 24, the restoring force of a compressed coil spring 59 at the time of lowering of a holder 38 acts as the lifting force for the holder 38, so that the load to the elevation switching clutch 32 and a driving motor is reduced by said lifting force. |
